These Terms of Service govern your use of PropPulse. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PropPulse.

Service description

PropPulse is a trading journal and analytics tool designed for traders, including those using prop firm challenge accounts. Features include trade logging, drawdown tracking, setup analysis, AI-powered insights, and screenshot storage.

Subscriptions and billing

• PropPulse offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
• Prices are shown in the app and may change from time to time with reasonable notice.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a billing issue or believe you were charged in error, contact support and we will review it promptly.

No trading or prop firm guarantees

PropPulse is a record-keeping and analytics tool only. We do not provide financial advice, trading signals, or guarantees that you will pass any prop firm challenge or achieve trading profits. Your trading results depend entirely on your own decisions and market conditions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You may not use PropPulse for unlawful purposes, market manipulation, or sharing misleading data.
• You are responsible for compliance with any rules set by your prop firm, broker, or regulator.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropPulse is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100 if you used the free plan.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or modify the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
